The printers come with a one year warranty policy,
after the one year warranty period, we would strongly recommend
that you sign up with our maintenance program, where
there would be a flexibility of getting the maintenance contract
with or without the print head. Discounts on the maintenance
contract would be given if you sign up with the contract before
the warranty policy expires. Do contact

Extended Warranty Programme (EWP)
Extension of warranty policy is available regardless
where you purchase the printer as long as it is within
30 days upon new purchasing of the printer, you
can sign up the extended policy with us.
